Vspomni Creators is an internal analytics tool used by the Vspomni brand team and invited creators to review creator content performance across social platforms, including Pinterest.

What data we collect

When a creator connects their Pinterest account, we may collect and process the following Pinterest data:

Pinterest account username and profile information
Published Pins and video Pins
Pin URLs and publication dates
Organic performance metrics, including impressions, video views, saves, pin clicks, and outbound clicks
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to keep the connection active

How we use the data

We use this data only for internal creator analytics and reporting, including:

Measuring content performance
Preparing reports for the Vspomni brand team
Comparing creator performance across selected time periods
Understanding which content performs best

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for advertising or resale purposes.

Who can access the data

Access is limited to authorized Vspomni team members and the creator whose account is connected. Creators can only view their own data. Brand managers may view aggregated and creator-level analytics for internal reporting.

Data storage and security

Data is stored in the Vspomni internal analytics system. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

OAuth tokens

Pinterest OAuth tokens are stored only to allow the tool to refresh analytics data. Tokens are not shared publicly and are used only to access the Pinterest account data authorized by the creator.

Data retention

We retain analytics data only for as long as needed for internal reporting and business analysis. A creator may request removal of their connected account data at any time.

User control

Creators may request that their Pinterest connection be removed from the Vspomni Creators tool. After removal, the tool will no longer refresh Pinterest data for that account.
